ASAP Plumbing Pros did a great job fixing the clogged pipe underneath the bathroom. They figured out the problem, cleared the clogged and showed the pipe was clear with the snake camera. ASAP Plumbing Pro was called for replacing sewer line during our ongoing driveway and sidewalks project. Donald, Kong and Renato started working as early as 6am, in order not to delay the concrete and pavement. They finished the job before 9am, right before concrete men show up. They are definitely deserved the name of “ASAP”, and highly recommended!

I tried to fix the clog myself but soon realized it was a job for a professional. Kong quickly assessed the situation, took some photos and chatted with supervision. In no time the problem was diagnosed. Clogged sewer pipe instead of clogged shower drain. The price list was easy to understand, and no surprises. It was tough one, but Kong tackled the problem and left my bathroom nice and clean. Great job and thanks.

I had a clogged toilet and shower in a lower floor bathroom. Searched on Nextdoor for suggestions. Saw excellent reviews for ASAP. Clicked on the site and received an immediate response. They were able to send someone within a couple of hours. Donald arrived to evaluate the situation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He presented me with options based on his thorough examination of sewer pipes. We agreed on the less expensive option and it worked. He did an excellent job clearing the sewer pipe, and cleaning up afterwards. I will call them again for all plumbing needs and don’t hesitate to recommend their services to others.

Don was wrapping up a job in Redwood City and heading to San Francisco, so he offered to stop by my place (on the way) immediately and get things done. I like that.<br><br>He did a great job and got it done and confirmed everything was working and cleaned up before he left.<br><br>I honestly don’t know the going rate for such work, so I cannot comment on the “good value” button, but I was very satisfied. He was OK with being paid with cash. That’s slowly becoming a good business advantage.

Very satisfied with Don! We had a great experience with his company DDD Plumbing Emergency Drain Cleaning with an extremely tricky toilet clog. Turns out the clog was further down into the sewer and Don had to remove the toilet in order to get to it. He had all the right equipment handy and finished the job with high quality. Highly recommend.
