Garbage disposal repair and installation

I've worked with Donald of ASAP Plumbing several times over the past 4 years and can confidently recommend their services. He's unclogged drains, replaced kitchen sink water valves and garbage disposal, and resolved an active leak in my old rental apartment kitchen. He's prompt to respond to inquiries, shows up during the expected time window, and overall is a very friendly and personable guy.

We had an emergency kitchen sink backup, I am so glad we called ASAP Plumbing Pros. I called them at 9pm, they arrived 30 minutes later. The guys were friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. They were respectful and fully capable of fixing. They ran industrial snake to clear, replaced all sink pipes.. good as new. Highly recommend if you need plumbing help.

I called ASAP Plumbing to fix a leak under my kitchen sink, which seemed to occur when the dishwasher was on. ASAP scheduled me for a same-day appointment. Kong (the plumber) came over and diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. I felt the pricing was very reasonable and transparent. Kong replaced the damaged part and ran the rinse cycle to check that the leak had stopped. I appreciated Kong using shoe covers (to protect the floors) and leaving the area spotless!<br>I will definitely be using ASAP for my next plumbing job.

This company responded to thumbtack request immediately. Donald and Kong showed up about 30 minutes later and spent hours fixing our kitchen sink late into the night. It’s working perfectly. Thank goodness for ASAP Plumbing Pros!!!!

We had two leaky sinks in our house and called ASAP to fix the problem. Kong arrived and quickly assessed the situation. After discussion with both Kong and Donald, we concluded that the repair for the basement sink would not be necessary. Kong fixed the kitchen sink in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend ASAP for your plumbing needs. They provide fast, professional service at very reasonable rates. I also like how they provide a one year service warranty.

Our garbage disposal started leaking and ASAP Plumbing Pros was the first to answer the call. Donald quickly assessed the problem and determined the disposal needed to be replaced. The work was quick and efficient and I love how they were able to come in a moment's notice. Donald offered some helpful advice as well to keep our disposal lasting longer. Don came within 30 minutes on a holiday weekend after 6:30pm whenever we had a pipe break after we installed a new garbage disposal ourselves. He charged a fair price and didn’t have a premium charge for a night call, which we saw with other places. We had another issue pop up less than a week later on a weekend and he was back again and fixed it quickly and is super friendly. My dad even commented that the materials he used were high quality. Would recommend Don and wouldn’t hesitate to use him for hopefully non-emergency plumbing needs in the future.

Don responded my plumbing request within an hour or less. Setup an appointment for the next day and got plumbing fixed the next day! All within 24 hours!<br><br>Quality work and detailed! He didn't just do a patch job! Don fixed the garbage disposal unit and showed us the pip that was on the verge of breaking. Left the site to pick up more items from the store, came back and made sure no water leak afterwards! He got all of it done within a 3 hours.<br><br>Highly recommend Don from DDD Plumbing!
