They were able to send someone within a couple of hours. Donald arrived to evaluate the situation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He presented me with options based on his thorough examination of sewer pipes. We agreed on the less expensive option and it worked. I called ASAP Plumbing Pros for an emergency sewer lateral backup at our house and Don was nice, professional and easy to work with. He was able to get a hold of the senior plumber on call, Z, to be at our house within 20 minutes when the other plumbers in the city estimated a later time at night and others estimated the next day. ASAP Plumbing Pro was called for replacing sewer line during our ongoing driveway and sidewalks project. Donald, Kong and Renato started working as early as 6am, in order not to delay the concrete and pavement. They finished the job before 9am, right before concrete men show up. They are definitely deserved the name of “ASAP”, and highly recommended!
