Very satisfied with Don! We had a great experience with his company DDD Plumbing Emergency Drain Cleaning with an extremely tricky toilet clog. Turns out the clog was further down into the sewer and Don had to remove the toilet in order to get to it. He had all the right equipment handy and finished the job with high quality. I tried to fix the clog myself but soon realized it was a job for a professional. Kong quickly assessed the situation, took some photos and chatted with supervision. In no time the problem was diagnosed. Clogged sewer pipe instead of clogged shower drain. The price list was easy to understand, and no surprises.
