A running toilet can waste hundreds of gallons daily. Flappers, fill valves, and floats are inexpensive fixes when caught early ? we stock common parts for same-visit repairs.
Water at the base after flushing often means a failed wax ring or loose flange. Left alone, it damages subfloor and creates mold. We reset or replace the toilet and verify the seal.
Cracks in the porcelain, recurring leaks, or outdated high-flow units may cost more to keep than replace. We install water-efficient models and haul away the old toilet.
Every job is completed by licensed plumbers with full liability coverage.
Running toilets, leaks, and clogs — we fix what we can and replace when it saves money.
Most toilet repairs are completed same-day.
Homes, rentals, and small offices all depend on working toilets. We respect occupied spaces and clean up after every repair.
Fixing a running toilet often pays for the visit within a month on metered water. We test flush volume after adjustments.
Replacements can include comfort-height bowls and soft-close seats when you upgrade.
Kong, the plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable. He changed the sink faucet and carefully replaced the new toilet with no problem. Kudos to Kong. The owner, Donald, was also very friendly over the phone. I also asked him to recommend me a nice and affordable Bidet. Not sure of the price as this was a rental home, so the owner paid for the replacement.

DDD is my first choice for plumbing issues! Don picked up immediately, listened to my issue and asked questions to narrow down a solution. He was able to come out almost immediately and was very professional and quick with his repairs. He re-assessed the situation and suggested a simple upgrade to reduce future failures instead of replacing the toilet which was cost-effective to go along with his great rates!

Don did a few jobs for us, and we kept coming back to him for our plumbing needs. After a great experience fixing and installing our rusted old garbage disposal, we thought of him for our toilet replacement. He goes above and beyond to make sure there aren't and issues, and even came back to do the caulking without extra charge. He brought someone to help him with the toilet and they both did a great, clean, professional job. Thanks so much Don!

Donald is a true professional. He seems to always be able to figure out what is wrong and produce a fix in a very short amount of time. I've hired him for toilet jobs where the toilet was clogged or the flush was becoming weak. He was able to diagnose and repair within an hour and charged a fee that was more than reasonable compared to many other places I got quotes from. Another time I hired him to look into why black stuff was coming out of my shower head. He was able to quickly diagnose that it may be just that my water tank needs to be flushed, and BAM! After flushing, the issue never came back. I highly recommend Donald for any of your plumbing needs. He'll know what to do.

Called ASAP for a faucet leak on a Sunday afternoon. Set up appointment for the next morning and the repair was completed by 9:30am the next day (not an urgent same-day need). Extremely efficient and streamlined experience from the first call to the payment receipt. Great communication throughout. The only thing that I suggest is the receipt be detailed to split into labor cost and materials. My receipt only showed the total cost.

I called ASAP Plumbing Pros for an emergency sewer lateral backup at our house and Don was nice, professional and easy to work with. He was able to get a hold of the senior plumber on call, Z, to be at our house within 20 minutes when the other plumbers in the city estimated a later time at night and others estimated the next day. Z was thorough and seemed to really care about solving our issue with the roots in our pipes. I would 💯 recommend them. Thank you both for making it easy for us.

A running toilet quietly raises water bills. A leak at the wax ring stains flooring. A weak flush leaves waste behind. ASAP Plumbing Pros fixes these problems daily in Daly City — usually in one visit — and replaces units when porcelain cracks or chronic leaks make repair a bad bet.
Flappers, fill valves, and supply lines are inexpensive compared to a month of wasted water. We stock common parts and test flush performance before we leave. Visit toilet repair & replacement for more on how we work.
New toilets need a level flange, fresh wax or wax-free seal, and leak-tested supply connections. We haul away the old unit and verify the shutoff holds.
If water backs up in the shower when you flush, the blockage may be downstream in the drain system — not the toilet itself. We diagnose the whole path.
