Donald from ASAP Plumbing was super quick and responsive. Helped me out in both San Francisco and South San Francisco. On the first occasion, he was able to unclog the drain in no time! On the second occasion, he was able to push out the "thing" that was stuck in the pipes, saving me from having to potentially replace the toilet entirely!! Super professional and easy going. 100% recommend.

We had two leaky sinks in our house and called ASAP to fix the problem. Kong arrived and quickly assessed the situation. After discussion with both Kong and Donald, we concluded that the repair for the basement sink would not be necessary. Kong fixed the kitchen sink in a timely and professional manner. Quick and responsible service. Don checked and repaired our leaky sink and water faucet adapter the same day that I called for the service. The work was professionally performed with proper cleanup afterward. I also like the fact that he wore shoe covers inside the house without the need for me to ask him to do so. Great work!

Don was wrapping up a job in Redwood City and heading to San Francisco, so he offered to stop by my place (on the way) immediately and get things done. I like that.<br><br>He did a great job and got it done and confirmed everything was working and cleaned up before he left.<br><br>I honestly don’t know the going rate for such work, so I cannot comment on the “good value” button, but I was very satisfied. He was OK with being paid with cash. That’s slowly becoming a good business advantage.

Don has done work on our home two times; fixing leaks in two bathrooms in our home. He quickly assessed the situation, provided details and options for addressing the leaks.
