I had a toilet issue on the weekend. They came out as soon as possible, fixed it and assessed a different leak, which they were able to also fix right away. I realized the leak had not stoped amd they returned quickly and again assessed it and fixed it at no additional charge. Everyone I have interacted with has been professional, transparent, and knowledgeable. The pricing is fair and they are upfront about all costs. I would definitely recommend ASAP Plumbing Pros. They will be my go to for any plumbing needs from now on.

We had two leaky sinks in our house and called ASAP to fix the problem. Kong arrived and quickly assessed the situation. After discussion with both Kong and Donald, we concluded that the repair for the basement sink would not be necessary. Kong fixed the kitchen sink in a timely and professional manner. DDD is my first choice for plumbing issues! Don picked up immediately, listened to my issue and asked questions to narrow down a solution. He was able to come out almost immediately and was very professional and quick with his repairs. He re-assessed the situation and suggested a simple upgrade to reduce future failures instead of replacing the toilet which was cost-effective to go along with his great rates!

Donald was communicative about scheduling after a big rain (when I’m sure he was swamped), and was great about getting in, diagnosing the source of the leak (backup in a section of pipe), providing an estimate l, and finally repair it. Would definitely use him again for plumbing work!

Donald is a true professional. He seems to always be able to figure out what is wrong and produce a fix in a very short amount of time. I've hired him for toilet jobs where the toilet was clogged or the flush was becoming weak. He was able to diagnose and repair within an hour and charged a fee that was more than reasonable compared to many other places I got quotes from. Another time I hired him to look into why black stuff was coming out of my shower head. He was able to quickly diagnose that it may be just that my water tank needs to be flushed, and BAM! After flushing, the issue never came back. I highly recommend Donald for any of your plumbing needs. He'll know what to do.
