About ASAP Plumbing Pros

I called ASAP Plumbing Pros for an emergency sewer lateral backup at our house and Don was nice, professional and easy to work with. He was able to get a hold of the senior plumber on call, Z, to be at our house within 20 minutes when the other plumbers in the city estimated a later time at night and others estimated the next day. Z was thorough and seemed to really care about solving our issue with the roots in our pipes. I would 💯 recommend them. Thank you both for making it easy for us.

ASAP Plumbing Pro was called for replacing sewer line during our ongoing driveway and sidewalks project. Donald, Kong and Renato started working as early as 6am, in order not to delay the concrete and pavement. They finished the job before 9am, right before concrete men show up. They are definitely deserved the name of “ASAP”, and highly recommended!

I was able to get a same day appointment for my clogged drain. Donald and team arrived within the 2 hour window as promised and solved my problem in no time!

Donald is always efficient, fast and honest. I can rely on him for availability and a job well done. He is respectful of the property and communicates what the issues are, how to resolve them and options. He is courteous and easy to work with.

Don was wrapping up a job in Redwood City and heading to San Francisco, so he offered to stop by my place (on the way) immediately and get things done. I like that. He did a great job and got it done and confirmed everything was working and cleaned up before he left. I honestly don’t know the going rate for such work, so I cannot comment on the “good value” button, but I was very satisfied. He was OK with being paid with cash. That’s slowly becoming a good business advantage.

Drain Doctor Don has cleared our sewer line of tree roots twice now, and we will continue to use him in the future until we have the line replaced. Great value and very reliable.

I had a clogged toilet and tried using toilet plunger and hot water and baking soda but no success. It was our only toilet in the house and we needed to get this fixed ASAP! Luckily, we found Don who not only showed up on time but had all his equipment ready with masks and shoe covers. He was able to come same day and knock out the clog! Don is extremely skilled and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.
