Kong replaced the damaged part and ran the rinse cycle to check that the leak had stopped. I appreciated Kong using shoe covers (to protect the floors) and leaving the area spotless! Very highly recommend! Don’t think it’s possible to do a better job than they do. Had a super wonky old faucet that started leaking and Don was able to come out and replace it the day of, as well as fixing up the super old pipes underneath. 100% perfect service! I’m definitely going to call them again for any plumbing issues I have in the future.

This is the second time I hired Don and had great results. I am updating a kitchen built in the 1930. He was able to figure out how to set up plumbing for a dishwasher and installed a new wall mounted faucet. Everything works great. Don is always responsive, on time and leaves the work area clean.
