Faucet repair and replacement

I've worked with Donald of ASAP Plumbing several times over the past 4 years and can confidently recommend their services. He's unclogged drains, replaced kitchen sink water valves and garbage disposal, and resolved an active leak in my old rental apartment kitchen. He's prompt to respond to inquiries, shows up during the expected time window, and overall is a very friendly and personable guy.

I called ASAP Plumbing to fix a leak under my kitchen sink, which seemed to occur when the dishwasher was on. ASAP scheduled me for a same-day appointment. Kong (the plumber) came over and diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. I felt the pricing was very reasonable and transparent. Kong replaced the damaged part and ran the rinse cycle to check that the leak had stopped. I appreciated Kong using shoe covers (to protect the floors) and leaving the area spotless! I will definitely be using ASAP for my next plumbing job.

We had two leaky sinks in our house and called ASAP to fix the problem. Kong arrived and quickly assessed the situation. After discussion with both Kong and Donald, we concluded that the repair for the basement sink would not be necessary. Kong fixed the kitchen sink in a timely and professional manner. Very highly recommend! Don’t think it’s possible to do a better job than they do. Had a super wonky old faucet that started leaking and Don was able to come out and replace it the day of, as well as fixing up the super old pipes underneath. 100% perfect service! I’m definitely going to call them again for any plumbing issues I have in the future.

This is the second time I hired Don and had great results. I am updating a kitchen built in the 1930. He was able to figure out how to set up plumbing for a dishwasher and installed a new wall mounted faucet. Everything works great. Don is always responsive, on time and leaves the work area clean. My kitchen sink had a leak. No idea where it came from but the cabinets would pool with water especially after running the dishwasher. I don’t know much about plumbing but luckily I found Drain Doctor Don Plumbing and had a great experience. Don came and diagnosed the issue and fixed it within an hour. Great experience. I had a toilet leak and a bathroom faucet that had no water pressure. Contacted Don and he had all of the materials on hand to complete the job all in one visit. Highly recommended! Don is definitely my first call for plumbing needs.
