Donald from ASAP Plumbing was super quick and responsive. Helped me out in both San Francisco and South San Francisco. On the first occasion, he was able to unclog the drain in no time! On the second occasion, he was able to push out the "thing" that was stuck in the pipes, saving me from having to potentially replace the toilet entirely!! I had a clogged toilet and shower in a lower floor bathroom. Searched on Nextdoor for suggestions. Saw excellent reviews for ASAP. Clicked on the site and received an immediate response. They were able to send someone within a couple of hours. Donald arrived to evaluate the situation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He presented me with options based on his thorough examination of sewer pipes. We agreed on the less expensive option and it worked. Don was wrapping up a job in Redwood City and heading to San Francisco, so he offered to stop by my place (on the way) immediately and get things done. I like that. He did a great job and got it done and confirmed everything was working and cleaned up before he left. I honestly don’t know the going rate for such work, so I cannot comment on the “good value” button, but I was very satisfied. He was OK with being paid with cash. That’s slowly becoming a good business advantage.

If you’re looking for a reliable plumber, Don should definitely be on speed dial! I’ve been using his services for 2 years. He’s fixed everything from clogged sinks to toilet clogs and also replaced my toilet and garbage disposal. Very satisfied with Don! We had a great experience with his company DDD Plumbing Emergency Drain Cleaning with an extremely tricky toilet clog. Turns out the clog was further down into the sewer and Don had to remove the toilet in order to get to it. He had all the right equipment handy and finished the job with high quality. Don was the man. I called him when my toilets had trouble flushing. Turned out it was a clog in my main sewer line. Scheduled a time with him same day. He showed up on time and quickly got to work. It was a tough clog but he was in and out in about an hour. He cleaned up his mess and installed my toilet back. Very pleasant experience and will definitely reach out if I have future issues.
