Our hot water heater died after reaching the end of its life, and ASAP Plumbing (Kong was our plumber) came the same day and installed a brand new hot water heater for us. They were easy to work with and worked quickly! The original estimate for the job was that it would take 3 hours for 1 person, but they ended up bringing on a second person to help, and the whole thing was done in 1.5 hours. Communication was prompt, service was great!

Came home to no hot water. Asked neighbors who to call. ASAP was true to their name. Showed up almost immediately, diagnosed the failed hot water tank, and got a replacement installed very fast. Also fixed a flow issue we had.<br><br>Good communication throughout the process, which I greatly appreciate.

Don responded my plumbing request within an hour or less. Setup an appointment for the next day and got plumbing fixed the next day! All within 24 hours!<br><br>Quality work and detailed! He didn't just do a patch job! Don fixed the garbage disposal unit and showed us the pip that was on the verge of breaking. Left the site to pick up more items from the store, came back and made sure no water leak afterwards! He got all of it done within a 3 hours.<br><br>Highly recommend Don from DDD Plumbing!

Don did a few jobs for us, and we kept coming back to him for our plumbing needs. After a great experience fixing and installing our rusted old garbage disposal, we thought of him for our toilet replacement.<br>He goes above and beyond to make sure there aren't and issues, and even came back to do the caulking without extra charge. Listen here,<br><br>Drain Doc mastered plumbing in all ways. I saw his rave reviews on Thumbtack and decided to give him a shot. He blew it out of the water. I had a couple comps and his rates for installation and plumbing are the best in the market. Before him I used to call the mainstream plumbing companies, who’s high prices and poor service led me to Drain Doc.<br><br>Don helped me install a new faucet and clear two clogged and slow draining sink and shower. The job took him less than an hour. Mark my words, Drain Doc’s about to take over. 5 stars.
