On the second occasion, he was able to push out the "thing" that was stuck in the pipes, saving me from having to potentially replace the toilet entirely!! If you’re looking for a reliable plumber, Don should definitely be on speed dial! I’ve been using his services for 2 years. He’s fixed everything from clogged sinks to toilet clogs and also replaced my toilet and garbage disposal. Don was wrapping up a job in Redwood City and heading to San Francisco, so he offered to stop by my place (on the way) immediately and get things done. I like that.<br><br>He did a great job and got it done and confirmed everything was working and cleaned up before he left.<br><br>I honestly don’t know the going rate for such work, so I cannot comment on the “good value” button, but I was very satisfied. He was OK with being paid with cash. That’s slowly becoming a good business advantage.

DDD is my first choice for plumbing issues! Don picked up immediately, listened to my issue and asked questions to narrow down a solution. He was able to come out almost immediately and was very professional and quick with his repairs. He re-assessed the situation and suggested a simple upgrade to reduce future failures instead of replacing the toilet which was cost-effective to go along with his great rates!
