Super quick response, able to fix all the issues they saw at a reasonable price after hours for emergency faucet and pipe replacement. Gave me constant updates and provided photo evidence for all issues they saw and recommended preemptive fixes that would’ve caused issues in the future. Super professional and was able to fix all issues in two hours.

Donald from ASAP Plumbing was super quick and responsive. Helped me out in both San Francisco and South San Francisco. On the first occasion, he was able to unclog the drain in no time! On the second occasion, he was able to push out the "thing" that was stuck in the pipes, saving me from having to potentially replace the toilet entirely!! Quick and responsible service. Don checked and repaired our leaky sink and water faucet adapter the same day that I called for the service. The work was professionally performed with proper cleanup afterward. I also like the fact that he wore shoe covers inside the house without the need for me to ask him to do so. Great work!

Don was wrapping up a job in Redwood City and heading to San Francisco, so he offered to stop by my place (on the way) immediately and get things done. I like that.<br><br>He did a great job and got it done and confirmed everything was working and cleaned up before he left.<br><br>I honestly don’t know the going rate for such work, so I cannot comment on the “good value” button, but I was very satisfied. He was OK with being paid with cash. That’s slowly becoming a good business advantage.

If you’re looking for a reliable plumber, Don should definitely be on speed dial! I’ve been using his services for 2 years. He’s fixed everything from clogged sinks to toilet clogs and also replaced my toilet and garbage disposal. I live in an older home in San Francisco and some of those drain clogs were extremely difficult to fix but nothing Don can’t handle. Give him a call!

Came home to no hot water. Asked neighbors who to call. ASAP was true to their name. Showed up almost immediately, diagnosed the failed hot water tank, and got a replacement installed very fast.
