Reviews and Testimonials

I just used ASAP Plumbing for a toilet and shower clog and Steven and Donald went above and beyond with their service! They were thorough in assessing the problem and very detailed in letting me know what the issue was and what they did to resolve it. I highly recommend ASAP Plumbing Pros!!

I called ASAP Plumbing Pros after discovering a huge leak under my kitchen sink. Donald came out within the hour and had the problem fixed within 45 minutes. Price was fair and service was very professional. I hope I don't need another emergency plumber anytime soon, but if I do, I will be calling ASAP again.

ASAP Plumbing Pros helped me fix my low water pressure in my kitchen faucet and replaced several old and leaky valves. Kong and Donald were great! Kong arrived on time and completed the work quickly. Donald provided the advice and estimates for the work. I was very pleased with the professional service that both of them provided. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Called ASAP for a faucet leak on a Sunday afternoon. Set up appointment for the next morning and the repair was completed by 9:30am the next day (not an urgent same-day need). Extremely efficient and streamlined experience from the first call to the payment receipt. Great communication throughout. The only thing that I suggest is the receipt be detailed to split into labor cost and materials. My receipt only showed the total cost.

Donald from ASSP Plumbing Pros came out to my house and cleared a rain gutter drain pipe. It was blocked with plant roots and he cut through it with a power snake with blades on the front end. Well done, efficiently and professional. Thank you! Would highly recommend him!

ASAP Plumbing lived up to their name; they were very responsive ASAP Plumbing lived up to their name; they were very responsive and able to look at a septic plumbing issue within a few hours on a Sunday. They had the right equipment to diagnose and explain the issue and to provide a long-term fix after snaking the pipes. They were respectful of the property and very communicative.

Donald technician from ASAP explained the water heater can be fixed or replaced. We chose to replaced the whole unit. Recommend them for their quality of work, customer service, knowledge and attention to the work and services needed.

Great experience with ASAP. Donald came by for emergency plumbing situation and got it squared away quickly and we ended up asking him to do a few other repairs that we needed!

Kong, the plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable. He changed the sink faucet and carefully replaced the new toilet with no problem. Kudos to Kong. The owner, Donald, was also very friendly over the phone. I also asked him to recommend me a nice and affordable Bidet. Not sure of the price as this was a rental home, so the owner paid for the replacement.

I called ASAP Plumbing Pros for an emergency sewer lateral backup at our house and Don was nice, professional and easy to work with. He was able to get a hold of the senior plumber on call, Z, to be at our house within 20 minutes when the other plumbers in the city estimated a later time at night and others estimated the next day. Z was thorough and seemed to really care about solving our issue with the roots in our pipes. I would 💯 recommend them. Thank you both for making it easy for us.

Fantastic experience! I reached out to ASAP Plumbing via a Thumbtack and they got back to me immediately. They scheduled the appointment based on a specific timeframe I needed. Donald, the Plumber, showed up right on time and was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely might go to Plumber's from now on!

I had an excellent experience with ASAP Plumbing! At first, their AI assistant responded to my inquiry, but they quickly followed up with a text message, which I really appreciated. Don was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to install a new pump that same evening, which was a huge relief. He also took the time to make recommendations for other plumbing work without any pressure.Overall, the service was outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend ASAP Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. Thanks again, Don, for the exceptional service!

I always have a great experience with ASAP Plumbing. Don has been helping me since 2022. He’s skilled, friendly & gives a fair price; even called me back on July 4th! Highly recommend.

I had a water heater that broke recently. I used ASAP Plumbing and was very satisfied with my experience with them. They came quickly, were responsive, explained everything I needed to know and honored the price they quoted me over the phone. Very professional. I am glad to know that there is a company like ASAP Plumbing I can call on if I need a plumber in the future. I highly recommend them.

We had a pretty unfortunate plumbing situation around 7am. ASAP Plumbers were incredibly responsive, got in touch with us quickly and had someone at our house in a little over an hour. When my husband got off the phone with them he said “that’s some amazing customer service!” When Kong arrived, he was courteous and very professional and got straight to work. It wasn’t a straightforward fix but he got it sorted out and left everything clean and tidy. I’m so thankful for their help and have saved their info in my contacts. Highly recommend!

ASAP Plumbing Pros did a great job fixing the clogged pipe underneath the bathroom. They figured out the problem, cleared the clogged and showed the pipe was clear with the snake camera. Highly recommend their work. They were courteous and professional. I will call them again if I need plumbing services.

They came out and figured out where my water leak was coming from. They also diagnosed another plumbing issue that I did not call for. I was able to get 2 problems solved at one time. I truly appreciate the service! I have them in my contacts now and will refer them for plumbing work.

I've worked with Donald of ASAP Plumbing several times over the past 4 years and can confidently recommend their services. He's unclogged drains, replaced kitchen sink water valves and garbage disposal, and resolved an active leak in my old rental apartment kitchen. He's prompt to respond to inquiries, shows up during the expected time window, and overall is a very friendly and personable guy.

We had an emergency kitchen sink backup, I am so glad we called ASAP Plumbing Pros. I called them at 9pm, they arrived 30 minutes later. The guys were friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. They were respectful and fully capable of fixing. They ran industrial snake to clear, replaced all sink pipes.. good as new. Highly recommend if you need plumbing help.

I highly recommend Asap Plumbing. They are always very easy to work with and have consistently sent us quality plumbers. We had a plumbing emergency Christmas evening and they had someone to our house within the hour and the problem was resolved that night. We will use them for all of our plumbing needs!

ASAP Plumbing lived up to their name, and quickly scheduled an appointment when we had a major plumbing issue. They did a very professional and thorough job, were not overpriced, and they definitely will be my first call when we need plumbing service again.

Came home to no hot water. Asked neighbors who to call. ASAP was true to their name. Showed up almost immediately, diagnosed the failed hot water tank, and got a replacement installed very fast. Also fixed a flow issue we had. Good communication throughout the process, which I greatly appreciate.

I had an ABS pipe leaking under my crawlspace and honestly had no idea what was going on, just saw constant dripping that was getting really annoying. I reached out to multiple plumbing companies, and ASAP Plumbing Pros responded super quickly and helped me schedule an appointment for the very next day, which was incredibly efficient. Kong came out to help, and he was extremely friendly and clear in explaining everything. He walked me through what was happening, what needed to be fixed, and got the job done in about an hour and a half. After finishing, he double checked everything and even asked me to confirm it myself, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m really satisfied with the service from Kong and ASAP Plumbing Pros. Fast response, clear communication, and great work. Highly recommend!

Don and his team are wonderful to work with. We’ve used them to fixed our toilets and our sump pump. The team is always quick to respond, professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

I've been looking for a plumber for probably 4 years now. They either don't show or Pad the quote or double the estimate, or ask such a ridiculous price that I end up buying the equipment. And doing the job myself. I was so pleasantly surprised by ASAP plumbing!... the representation, the quick call back, the professionalit, the price, the promptness and the immediate response, everything everything was amazing. I already called them back to do another job.

They did a really good job in replacing my shower valve. They were very knowledgeable and upfront and the work was done with no issues. I would recommend them for your bathroom, shower

They were very professional and upfront with details and as such it was pretty clear what they had to do. I would definitely recommend them, they changed the shower valve

We had a plumbing problem with both our toilets blocked last night, and it was a huge relief when Donald and Kong from ASAP Plumbing Pros showed up just before 10 pm. They were super friendly, got right to work, and cleared the blockage quickly and efficiently. Everything was back to normal in no time! Really grateful for their help, especially so late in the evening. I highly recommend Donald, Kong, and the whole team at ASAP Plumbing Pros! ASAP Plumbing Pros continues to deliver reliable service. Donald came back today under their 30-day guarantee to clear another blockage. He quickly fixed the issue, scoped the pipe, and explained what to watch for in the future. I appreciated his prompt response and practical advice. Still a solid five-star experience.

ASAP Plumbing Pro was called for replacing sewer line during our ongoing driveway and sidewalks project. Donald, Kong and Renato started working as early as 6am, in order not to delay the concrete and pavement. They finished the job before 9am, right before concrete men show up. They are definitely deserved the name of “ASAP”, and highly recommended!

My shower clogged last night and I was able to reach someone late at night and book a morning appointment! They were able to diagnose and clear out the clog quickly. I'll definitely be calling them for all future plumbing needs. Thank you!

Super quick response, able to fix all the issues they saw at a reasonable price after hours for emergency faucet and pipe replacement. Gave me constant updates and provided photo evidence for all issues they saw and recommended preemptive fixes that would’ve caused issues in the future. Super professional and was able to fix all issues in two hours.

Was referred here from a neighbor when our dishwasher stopped draining. They had a tech out the next day and had it fixed within an hour. Our tech was very nice and professional and the dispatch team was really responsive. Great experience overall, I’d highly recommend.

I had a toilet issue on the weekend. They came out as soon as possible, fixed it and assessed a different leak, which they were able to also fix right away. I realized the leak had not stoped amd they returned quickly and again assessed it and fixed it at no additional charge. Everyone I have interacted with has been professional, transparent, and knowledgeable. The pricing is fair and they are upfront about all costs. I would definitely recommend ASAP Plumbing Pros. They will be my go to for any plumbing needs from now on.

I tried to fix the clog myself but soon realized it was a job for a professional. Kong quickly assessed the situation, took some photos and chatted with supervision. In no time the problem was diagnosed. Clogged sewer pipe instead of clogged shower drain. The price list was easy to understand, and no surprises. It was tough one, but Kong tackled the problem and left my bathroom nice and clean. Great job and thanks.

ASAP plumbing hydro jetted a plumbing line that frequently got clogged. In the past, my usual plumber would snake the line, but I think that wasn't enough to fully clean out the pipe. I'm glad I had to call ASAP plumbing for after hours service since they offer hydro jetting. They are more expensive than my usual plumber and you have to pay extra for after hours service, but they came at 7:30 pm (30 minutes after I called) and got the job done!

Donald from ASAP Plumbing was super quick and responsive. Helped me out in both San Francisco and South San Francisco. On the first occasion, he was able to unclog the drain in no time! On the second occasion, he was able to push out the "thing" that was stuck in the pipes, saving me from having to potentially replace the toilet entirely!! Super professional and easy going. 100% recommend.

Our hot water heater died after reaching the end of its life, and ASAP Plumbing (Kong was our plumber) came the same day and installed a brand new hot water heater for us. They were easy to work with and worked quickly! The original estimate for the job was that it would take 3 hours for 1 person, but they ended up bringing on a second person to help, and the whole thing was done in 1.5 hours. Communication was prompt, service was great!

Great service!! Cannot recommend them enough. Had a persistent leak in the bathtub and they came quick and fixed it within a few hours. They were super respectful of the house and polite and got the job done!

I called ASAP Plumbing to fix a leak under my kitchen sink, which seemed to occur when the dishwasher was on. ASAP scheduled me for a same-day appointment. Kong (the plumber) came over and diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. I felt the pricing was very reasonable and transparent. Kong replaced the damaged part and ran the rinse cycle to check that the leak had stopped. I appreciated Kong using shoe covers (to protect the floors) and leaving the area spotless! I will definitely be using ASAP for my next plumbing job.

Had a leakage with shower head and found them on Thumbtack. They came out same day and fixed it the same day too! Explained the issue very well and offered multiple options for repair. Highly recommend

ASAP Plumbing Service is truly top-notch! This family-run business stands out for their professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care for their customers. They’ve always worked with me on pricing, which I deeply appreciate, and they never try to upsell or pressure you, just honest, reliable service. They have fixed many plumbing issues, and clogs for my family, for many years. A special shoutout to their technician Chong, who was incredibly thorough, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it really shows in the quality of the job. I highly recommend Don’s Plumbing to anyone looking for dependable service from people who actually care. Five stars all the way!

Plumber showed up at the time of the appointed hour, 8 AM on Sunday. Without being asked, he put on booties. Cleaned up after the job was done. Fixed the problem. What more could one ask for?

This company responded to thumbtack request immediately. Donald and Kong showed up about 30 minutes later and spent hours fixing our kitchen sink late into the night. It’s working perfectly. Thank goodness for ASAP Plumbing Pros!!!!

ASAP Plumbing Pros were very responsive and on time. They were flexible and able to book an appointment the same day. Their plumber Kong did a great job fixing my toilet and replacing all the parts inside it. Would definitely hire them again if I have plumbing issues in the future.

Donald and Jake did great work! They were extremely professional, were attentive to leaving everything exactly how they found it and weren’t bothersome at all for someone who needed to work from home. They replaced and fixed everything to a high standard. 5/5 would recommend

I called them in the morning for a clogged sink drain and they came just a few hours later. Donald is a very nice guy and took the time to explain to me what the issues could be and what he would do to try to unblock the drain. He has a way about him which inspires trust and I really appreciated it. Drain was unclogged within half an hour. I will definitely keep this company as my go-to plumbers.

We called ASAP Plumbing Pros about preventative maintenance on Thursday evening, and they were here with a hydrojet on Friday. Donald did a great job - we'll definitely be calling him again the next time our pipes need cleaning!

I was able to get a same day appointment for my clogged drain. Donald and team arrived within the 2 hour window as promised and solved my problem in no time!

We had two leaky sinks in our house and called ASAP to fix the problem. Kong arrived and quickly assessed the situation. After discussion with both Kong and Donald, we concluded that the repair for the basement sink would not be necessary. Kong fixed the kitchen sink in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend ASAP for your plumbing needs. They provide fast, professional service at very reasonable rates. I also like how they provide a one year service warranty.

This service was great. They came really fast to deal with our plumbing issue and Donald took the time and effort to fix a very deep clog of rust. Despite this house having old pipes, Donald fixed it up for us so that we can use it again. He also gave us really great information about drain maintenance. We really appreciate all the hard work he put in and the great service that he gave. FIVE stars from us!

Made the inquiry at around 9:00 pm and got an immediate response. Very timely and prompt, kept appointment window short. Very thorough inspection, great rate, good communication, professional, guarantees work. Got work done next day. Donald and Kong A+ would use them again

Cleared an unpleasant situation quickly and professionally— I was treated like a human being which is rare these days. I am thrilled to also have a warranty giving me the confidence it was money well spent and quality work done.

ASAP responded to my message at 7:30pm asking for urgent plumbing work, they showed up by 9pm, and the job was done by 10pm. Prompt service and a great solution in our hour of need - thank you!

After calling the office, they dispatched Donald to work on my bathroom problem. He came in a timely manner, assessed the problem, and got the necessary tools to fix the problem. Donald was very professional, explained the estimated cost, and got the job done quickly. He left the bathroom clean and he wore foot booties in my place. Definitely will call again when we need plumbing services!

Even though the estimate isn't free, Donald did a proper examination of the situation of my tub, unlike the guy from another company who just took a 2 second look before he gave me a quote. I decided to hire Donald for the job and the bathtub was declogged without too much issue. I called Donald again to see if he could help with my toilet as well, and just like the first time, Donald did an hands-on estimate to try and figure out what the issue is, and he actually helped me solve the problem without having to hire him again. I wish the price could be a lot lower, but I guess that's just the going rate in SF. Other than that, I highly recommend ASAP plumbing pro!

Responded in less than an hour. Donald was very courteous, professional, neat, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. we had a clog in a run of pipe of our basement floor drains. It needed to be snaked and Donald did it fairly quickly, and I was initially concerned whether sufficient access to enter pipe down in floor drain but Donald operated snake flawlessly and successfully. Even if I had the equipment, not sure I could've done it, at least not right away, and our drain needed unclogging! Thank you, Donald, and thank you ASAP!

I had a clogged toilet and shower in a lower floor bathroom. Searched on Nextdoor for suggestions. Saw excellent reviews for ASAP. Clicked on the site and received an immediate response. They were able to send someone within a couple of hours. Donald arrived to evaluate the situation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He presented me with options based on his thorough examination of sewer pipes. We agreed on the less expensive option and it worked. He did an excellent job clearing the sewer pipe, and cleaning up afterwards. I will call them again for all plumbing needs and don’t hesitate to recommend their services to others.

Thorough, honest fast and efficient. Explained things well. Good communication. Made dealing with a plumber easy. As professional as can be. Cleaned up after and communicated timing well. I was on work calls during the work and barely noticed him.

ASAP Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. It was fast and easy to reach out to them and schedule an appointment and the work was top notch. Donald was very knowledgeable, friendly, and had my badly clogged sink fixed in 40 minutes. I am super happy and will be calling them next time we have a plumbing concern. Thank you!!

I wanted to fix my toilet myself but after weeks of hearing the loud noises when I flushed I decided to contact a plumber. ASAP plumbing was super easy to contact via chat. Don showed up the same day and fixed my toilet . Thank you for the efficient service. I will keep your number in my contacts should I need a plumber again.

ASAP and Donald were great. Prompt service, answered all questions, and made all the repairs needed. Hopefully won't need them again soon, but will definitely call them for future services. Highly recommend!

I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday afternoon and I contacted ASAP plumbing. They were able to send somebody out to my home within thirty minutes. Donald from ASAP clearly explained the problem, and gave me two options for the repair along with an estimate for both options. He was able to complete the job in less than two hours. He was courteous and prompt and did a nice job cleaning up when he was done.

Our garbage disposal started leaking and ASAP Plumbing Pros was the first to answer the call. Donald quickly assessed the problem and determined the disposal needed to be replaced. The work was quick and efficient and I love how they were able to come in a moment's notice. Donald offered some helpful advice as well to keep our disposal lasting longer. I would definitely hire them again.

Needed assistance on a Sunday morning and received a response right away after I inquired through their website. They had someone come in and assess the issue with our bathtub. Donald was amazing and offered great insight on the problem and also provided tips on how to avoid the issue in the future. Would recommend them to anyone who needs quick and reliable service!

Donald was super awesome! Showed up on time knocked out garbage disposal replacement In 30 minutes. Price was fair. Service was outstanding. I highly recommend this company to anybody and everybody.

A breeze to deal with ASAP Plumbing Pros, Crystal all hands on deck if I can say, top customer service skills, I needed some work (shower and toilet) to be replaced, Donald came and top top skills, efficient, very clean (no mess left behind), very nice personality: to be brief: two thumbs up, I highly recommend. 👍👍🙏🙏

Donald is always efficient, fast and honest. I can rely on him for availability and a job well done. He is respectful of the property and communicates what the issues are, how to resolve them and options. He is courteous and easy to work with.

Donald was fantastic. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and completed the work -- including replacing the disposal, snaking the drain, and replacing the pipes -- in less than two hours. And all with a very nosy feline assistant underfoot!

I needed help with a couple of clogged toilets. Donald assessed the issue and gave different options that could be done. I went with the first option. It did the trick. Donald was done within 20 minutes. Definitely won’t hesitate to call ASAP Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

Donald is young, but he is very knowledgeable and patient. Initially, we just called him for bathtub but we ended fixing toilet issues too, since we see his knowledge and honest. If your house has plumbing issues, just give him a call and he will come your house right away.

I have a 2-faucet sink and I couldn't figure out why there was water leaking. I called ASAP and received not only customer service excellence, but an immediate appointment. Working with Don was a great experience. Don carefully analyzed our issue, provided excellent recommendations and communicated every step with us. Don did a superb job and worked the whole day to get the job done the same day! We are enjoying our new 1-faucet sinks and new piping underneath the sinks that were corroded. ASAP aims to do same-day service, so call ASAP! Thank you Don and ASAP!

Very highly recommend! Don’t think it’s possible to do a better job than they do. Had a super wonky old faucet that started leaking and Don was able to come out and replace it the day of, as well as fixing up the super old pipes underneath. 100% perfect service! I’m definitely going to call them again for any plumbing issues I have in the future.

Donald was absolutely wonderful!!!! Super knowledgeable and kept me informed of what was going on. Definitely appreciate his services and I know exactly who to call if I ever need assistance again!! Thank you so much!!

ASAP plumbing did a great job fixing my old toilet. Donald was able to adapt new parts to work with my very old toilet.Donald was very prompt getting hear and did a professional job Thanks I will use your service again.

Donald showed up right on time and did an excellent job. He was friendly and took care of the care of a toilet that was clogged with a comb that was accidentally flushed 😲. He removed the toilet, cleared everything, and put it back without leaving any mess behind. Highly recommend him!

Don came within 30 minutes on a holiday weekend after 6:30pm whenever we had a pipe break after we installed a new garbage disposal ourselves. He charged a fair price and didn’t have a premium charge for a night call, which we saw with other places. We had another issue pop up less than a week later on a weekend and he was back again and fixed it quickly and is super friendly. My dad even commented that the materials he used were high quality. Would recommend Don and wouldn’t hesitate to use him for hopefully non-emergency plumbing needs in the future.

Had a leaky bathtub faucet. Don showed up the next morning on time, assessed the situation promptly, and proceeded to fix the problem in a timely manner. Don was also mindful and respectful as he put on the plastic shoe covers before coming inside so as not to dirty your floors. Don was efficient and professional and got the job done well. A pleased customer here.

This was the 2nd time we’ve had Rocky come out for a clogged drain. The first time was our kitchen sink, and this time it was the bathtubs. We have really old pipes in the house we rent and clogs can happen pretty easy, but both of these times were pretty rough to deal with. Thank you so much Rocky for your excellent service! We’ll definitely be contacting you again in the future.

Just great service overall! Friendly, honest, and works within your budget! My garbage disposal unit under the sink wasn't working. Fast response! Don responded my plumbing request within an hour or less. Setup an appointment for the next day and got plumbing fixed the next day! All within 24 hours! Quality work and detailed! He didn't just do a patch job! Don fixed the garbage disposal unit and showed us the pip that was on the verge of breaking. Left the site to pick up more items from the store, came back and made sure no water leak afterwards! He got all of it done within a 3 hours. Highly recommend Don from DDD Plumbing!

Out in the middle of nowhere I was having a tub that was backing up. It was backed up for months. I tried everything and just gave up and accepted that I just had to shower in a puddle of water the rest of my life. Called up Donald and he walked me through step by step how to unclog the damn tub. Within 5 mins the tub cleared up and now I can shower without having a build up of water in my tub anymore! He was great and I highly recommend his services! He knows his stuff and will get the job done quickly and efficiently 👍

Donald is extremely punctual, professional and effective. Our kitchen sink was leaking everywhere & Donald came over to diagnose it very quickly, and even had the parts (a new garbage disposal) on hand to replace immediately. We are very satisfied with his service.

Albeit our garbage disposal was very outdated, Don was able to work through it and help us complete install of a brand new one! He is also very careful with not getting your home dirty while working. I definitely will be a repeat customer.

Quick and responsible service. Don checked and repaired our leaky sink and water faucet adapter the same day that I called for the service. The work was professionally performed with proper cleanup afterward. I also like the fact that he wore shoe covers inside the house without the need for me to ask him to do so. Great work!

DDD Plumbing has been so great for us! They saved us with a middle of the night emergency! They are prompt, courteous, communicative & reasonable!! He was 1/2 what Roto Rooter quoted for the same job! Very please with the service we received!

Don worked with us for the second time, and within 24 hours all of our plumbing issues were gone! He explained many options that fit our budget and I felt in the loop the entire time.

Don responded to our call promptly and resolved our clogged sink, which turned into a much more complex job. He was here when he said he would be and finished in great time. Friendly, professional and dependable! Highly recommend! Thank you DDD Plumbing.

Don was wrapping up a job in Redwood City and heading to San Francisco, so he offered to stop by my place (on the way) immediately and get things done. I like that. He did a great job and got it done and confirmed everything was working and cleaned up before he left. I honestly don’t know the going rate for such work, so I cannot comment on the “good value” button, but I was very satisfied. He was OK with being paid with cash. That’s slowly becoming a good business advantage.

I texted Don Saturday night and asked if he could come on Monday to fix our clogged kitchen sink. He responded almost immediately and he could come Monday. We agreed that he would come between 12:00 and 4:00–and he was able to come earlier. He got rid of our clog and cleaned and sanitized under the sink. I could not be happier with his work.

Don has done work on our home two times; fixing leaks in two bathrooms in our home. He quickly assessed the situation, provided details and options for addressing the leaks. He repaired the leaks quickly due to having the parts available in his truck (no need to run to get parts). We also just like Don - he's friendly, professional and shoots straight. Thanks, Don!

Don was a godsend to me this morning- clogged toilet was cleared in a matter of minutes!! Don arrived within 20 min of confirming. I definitely will be using him the next time I have a plumbing issue. Highly recommended by me🙏🏼

Don was able to come out next day to fix a leak. He was super quick to diagnose the issue, recommend a repair, and follow through with it right away. Pricing is a great value, and we’ll definitely use his business again!

Don and his father did a great job fixing a leaking fitting around our bath drain. good communication, very professional, explained the issue, price to fix it, and were finished promptly. Will happily use again. Nice and friendly manor too. 5/5

Don and his family are so kind, and professional! Always willing to help with good outcomes each time. Don has come to my house for various projects over the past 2 years and his skill set is always reliable! He is always on time and his prices are honest and reasonable. I will continue to use him for future projects.

Don was super responsive, I had a minor jam in my garbage disposal, he not only quickly fixed it but also showed me what I need to do, the next time it happens. He's easy to talk to and gives an honest quote before starting work.

Don was efficient and professional. Within a half hour of calling he was at my house. Unclogging my bathroom sink drain. As well as changing my toilet pump. He not only was wearing a mask but also shoe cover booties to insure our home was clean and safe. I would highly recommend!

Don was fantastic - he responded to my request immediately and was able to schedule a next day appointment to help fix my issue. He was professional, showed up on time, and quickly fixed my issue. I will definitely use DDD Plumbing again for any future issues!!

This is the second time I hired Don and had great results. I am updating a kitchen built in the 1930. He was able to figure out how to set up plumbing for a dishwasher and installed a new wall mounted faucet. Everything works great. Don is always responsive, on time and leaves the work area clean. Highly recommend.

Don was great in responding, he came to the house within 20 mins after the phone call. My issue was the kitchen sink would not drain and like most of us we tried doing it ourselves. I had to call him in because it was more serious then just a little clog. He brought in the correct tools and did a wonderful job unclogging the kitchen pipe line with an assistant that had over 40 years of experience, great teamwork! I would definitely recommend him because of his positive attitude and energy. He knew I needed the job done and never gave up. Thank you Don again!

Don is great. He is responsive and trustworthy. Gave me options and honest pricing to make sure I was happy. Have not had any issues since with my garbage disposal. Highly recommend him and will continue using his service moving forward.

Had a kitchen sink not draining. Called in the morning and got my kitchen drain pipe unclogged same day. Had a shower not draining, made a phone call and got it unclogged the same day. Great service. Will recommend to others and will use again.

Don came in and got my drain unclogged with a very large fancy motorized snake. He double and triple checked that the job was complete and even gave me a 30 day guarantee just in case. I haven’t had a problem since. I highly recommend.

Of all the plumbers I had over the years Don is the best I’ve had. Very reliable quick response, fair prices, very conscientious, clean and he answers all your questions you might have. No sell pitches like other companies. I will definitely use him for future projects if needed, I highly recommend him. His service and recommendations is above, and beyond what you would expect.

10/10 service at a great price! Our kitchen sick was badly clogged. We needed someone ASAP! Drain Doctor came in the next day, and got to work after looking at it for a bit! Service only took less than an hour and the price was so much more reasonable than what other plumbers offered! He had a new shiny pipe al ready and that was cheap to add with the service! He was so friendly, responsive and knows how to get the job done! I know exactly who to call first when I need help!! 🤩🥳

Don came over to fix a leak under our sink within 3 hours of reaching out to him. He was able to make a repair on our disposal rather than replacing the whole thing to keep the costs down. He was very friendly and helpful. Would be happy to use his services again in the future!

Used Don several times and he’s always super responsive, professional, and does a great job. He tries to get as much done within the hour which is very much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Drain Doctor Don has cleared our sewer line of tree roots twice now, and we will continue to use him in the future until we have the line replaced. Great value and very reliable.

Don helped with unclogging the bathtub drain. He is responsive, professional, and able to fix the drain clogged issue quickly. I'd recommend Don to others who is looking for drain cleaning/unclogging services!

Responsive, professional, and reasonably priced plumbing services. Don reached out within minutes of my contacting him via Thumbtack, was clear & upfront with his pricing, and came out that same day to resolve my issue (leaking toilet supply line). Very satisfied with the quality of his services.

Don has helped us a few different times with our kitchen faucet, toilet and washer/dryer. He’s a pleasure to work with. Kind, punctual, thoughtful and knowledgeable about his craft. Very responsive over text and usually can accommodate any last-minute requests. Highly recommend!

I use this business extensively to address plumbing and drain related issues for a number of apts in SF. I always have a very positive experience when using them. The response time is great and so is the communication and workmanship. Pricing is very fair. I highly recommend this business to address any of your drain and plumbing needs that this business can address.

DDD is my first choice for plumbing issues! Don picked up immediately, listened to my issue and asked questions to narrow down a solution. He was able to come out almost immediately and was very professional and quick with his repairs. He re-assessed the situation and suggested a simple upgrade to reduce future failures instead of replacing the toilet which was cost-effective to go along with his great rates!

I’ve worked with Donald several times now and he always responds in minutes! Not only is he flexible with scheduling, but he was super prepared and efficient with fixing my garbage disposal leak and clearing both my bathroom sink and shower drain. He was always on time and such a positive and professional person to work with! I have referred him to my condo neighbors who all love him too!

I have been using their services at least 5 times in the past few years. They’re really responsive and accommodating and charge us much less than other plumbers. Strongly recommend!

I’ve used Drain Dr Don a few times for various plumbing needs: clearing blockages, repairing leaks. They are very responsive, no BS, professional, properly priced. I highly recommend their services when you have a plumbing emergency.

Don, thank you for your services. It was quick and professional. Mom was stressed b/c she had family come from out of town and needed the tub fixed. You got the job done! Thank you again.

Donald came out right away to fix an urgent clog in my sink that nearly ended in it overflowing. I appreciated his top-notch professionalism, quality of service, and reasonable price.

Donald is a pleasure to work with! He’s helped us twice - once to install a new kitchen faucet and second time was to clean out a clogged shower drain. He is professional, respectful (wears shoe covers in the house) and completed the jobs well in a short amount of time. Would definitely recommend.

Don was extremely fast, professional, and COVID safe for an urgent leak that I had. He clearly communicated his timeline with me, arrived on time, and fixed the problem quickly.

Don fixed an exposed galvanized pipe leak and unclogged a kitchen sink drain the day after initial contact. Don arrived within the 2-hour window provided. Very much appreciated that Don texted updates on expected arrival time. Don replied quickly to texts, cleaned up the work areas, was respectful of property, and is very personable. Cats are happy to get their canned food back, which was used to prop up the pan underneath the leaking pipe! Glad to have found our new plumber. Thank you, Don!

Don was quick efficient and got the job done!! he was very responsive and was able to get to our apartment right away. Will definitely call him for future needs.

Don not only answered the phone when I called but he was at my property within an hour. Admittedly, I caught him at a good time and he was immediately available. Not only did he do a very professional job on a timely basis and also at a very fair price. Don is at the top of my list whenever I have a plumbing service need and would highly recommend him. - Michael

Don was fantastic! So professional and responsive. My toilet was fixed immediately and he gave me great tips on how to prevent future problems. I will definitely use their service again!

If you’re looking for a plumber in the Bay Area, Don is your guy! I was in a crunch and turned to Thumbtack to find a plumber. Don had some good reviews so reached out to him. Was so happy I did! Don is incredibly responsive, helpful, and thorough. In fact, I have used Don 4 over the past year and a half for a variety of plumbing issues, and will continue to do so! Highly recommend Don!

Call Don! We had a leaking pipe underneath our kitchen sink and had no idea where the leak was. Don diagnosed the issue and had all the materials ready to go. Very pleasant experience and would definitely call him again!

I had a clogged toilet and tried using toilet plunger and hot water and baking soda but no success. It was our only toilet in the house and we needed to get this fixed ASAP! Luckily, we found Don who not only showed up on time but had all his equipment ready with masks and shoe covers. He was able to come same day and knock out the clog! Don is extremely skilled and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

Don replaced my faulty kitchen faucet last week. He did a great job, very professional and friendly, and importantly, did not leave anything in disarray or any kind of mess. I recommend him and would use his services again in a heartbeat.

Don dropped in on very short notice to replace several shutoff valves in one of my bathrooms as part of a larger time-sensitive project in the home. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and helped me understand the root cause of the problem I was dealing with. I would highly recommend Drain Doctor Don to anyone with a plumbing issue!

Donald was communicative about scheduling after a big rain (when I’m sure he was swamped), and was great about getting in, diagnosing the source of the leak (backup in a section of pipe), providing an estimate l, and finally repair it. Would definitely use him again for plumbing work!

Don did a few jobs for us, and we kept coming back to him for our plumbing needs. After a great experience fixing and installing our rusted old garbage disposal, we thought of him for our toilet replacement. He goes above and beyond to make sure there aren't and issues, and even came back to do the caulking without extra charge. He brought someone to help him with the toilet and they both did a great, clean, professional job. Thanks so much Don!

When the 2022 New Year's Eve rain storm hit, our basement totally flooded. Concerned that it was because of tree roots clogging the drains-the one for inside the house and the ones outside in the driveway, we called Don. He was the only one who was actually willing/able to come (on New Years Day!!!) to help us. He cleared one drain and showed us a broken pipe that will need to be fixed later once the rains stopped. Efficient, professional, kind and effective. Would definitely use again.

Our storm drain backed up in one of the winter storms. Don was very responsive and got everything cleared up before the next storm! We are super appreciative and happy with his service.

Excellent service and fairly priced. Don replaced our garbage disposal in 30 minutes and was considerate to wear shoe covers when he entered our condo. Don was easy to communicate with via text for scheduling and arrived on time. No up selling or sales pressure techniques from Don, he happily installed a garbage disposal we sourced ourselves. We received a quote from another plumber and Don was much better priced.

If you’re looking for a reliable plumber, Don should definitely be on speed dial! I’ve been using his services for 2 years. He’s fixed everything from clogged sinks to toilet clogs and also replaced my toilet and garbage disposal. I live in an older home in San Francisco and some of those drain clogs were extremely difficult to fix but nothing Don can’t handle. Give him a call!

Very satisfied with Don! We had a great experience with his company DDD Plumbing Emergency Drain Cleaning with an extremely tricky toilet clog. Turns out the clog was further down into the sewer and Don had to remove the toilet in order to get to it. He had all the right equipment handy and finished the job with high quality. Highly recommend.

Super lucky to have met Donald 3 years ago when we moved to SF. It seems like I only desperately need Donald on evenings or holidays ha ha but he is always there and has never let me down. Friendly, professional, and an all around great guy. Highly recommend.

I worked with Don for a few years now. Over the years, he had helped me install a toilet, garbage disposal, and fix a few emergency nasty sewer drain clogs. He never fails to fit me into his schedule. Don is one of the most honest plumbers I have dealt with. Ask your questions and he will be more than happy to help. I switched a lot of different plumbers over the years but Don is definitely my first call now. Go with DDD Plumbing San Francisco Drain Cleaning!

I’ve been using Don since his business began. Don always offers the best prices for all San Francisco draining needs. I’ve used him for faucet installations, garbage disposal, drain clogs, outdoor and indoor plumbing needs, plumbing leaks, sewer cleaning, among other services for my properties. My neighbors also raved about his coverage in the San Francisco bay area region for shower installation, water tank needs, drain cleaning, sink draining, etc. He far and away exceeds my expectations especially in the San Francisco Bay Area region where prices are exorbitant. With Don, you get bang for your buck for professional plumbing and drainage needs with free warranty for the first month! I’ll be using Don for years to come! Hey Don, time to start a loyalty program?!

Don did an amazing job fixing a super tricky clog in our kitchen sink. The blockage was way deep and need special equipment which he was able to use to get to the source. We also had some finicky toilets that didn't flush great. He found the issues on those as well and helped fix a blockage there too. Don is super professional and kind, highly recommended!

Don has always been prompt, professional, and transparent about his pricing and work. Super communicative and was able to resolve my plumbing issues very quickly. I highly recommend his work!

Listen here, Drain Doc mastered plumbing in all ways. I saw his rave reviews on Thumbtack and decided to give him a shot. He blew it out of the water. I had a couple comps and his rates for installation and plumbing are the best in the market. Before him I used to call the mainstream plumbing companies, who’s high prices and poor service led me to Drain Doc. Don helped me install a new faucet and clear two clogged and slow draining sink and shower. The job took him less than an hour. Mark my words, Drain Doc’s about to take over. 5 stars.

Had a few drains that were clogged up. My bathtub was completely clogged and my kitchen sink was slow draining. Called Don and scheduled with him over the phone. Appointment was made on the same day. He came on time and finished the job with efficiency. Cleaned up the work area as well! Super easy to work with. Definitely will call Don again if I run into more plumbing issues in the future. Hopefully not but it’s nice having a local plumber to take care of my plumbing emergencies if need be.

I have used DDD Plumbing multiple times and it’s my go to plumbing service. I have had multiple toilets installed and the service has always been fantastic, I highly recommend DDD Plumbing

My kitchen sink had a leak. No idea where it came from but the cabinets would pool with water especially after running the dishwasher. I don’t know much about plumbing but luckily I found Drain Doctor Don Plumbing and had a great experience. Don came and diagnosed the issue and fixed it within an hour. Great experience. Keep up the good work Don! Will definitely need you again in the future.

Donald was very responsive and communicative through the whole process and made sure I completely understood the services being performed. He made sure that the pricing was also transparent. Would definitely use again. Thanks Donald!

My shut off valve for toilet wasn’t working well. It made it hard to work on my toilet as the valve couldn’t shut off the water completely. A friend recommended Don. He came with the new valve and installed it in an hour. Great service and will call him again.

We needed a toilet replaced and found Don, gave him a call to get a quote. Reasonable price, scheduled with him same day. He showed up, did a fantastic job and cleaned up afterwards too! He was also very cautious with our home and us, he wore a mask and booties. Pleasant experience working with Don. Would use his services again.

Had a jammed up disposal. Kitchen sink would be slow to drain. Don came and diagnosed the issue. He found a dime completely wedged inside. He was able to pry it out and reinstall the disposal. No need for a replacement. He definitely is a DRAIN DOCTOR! He’s on speed dial now. Thanks Don!

We were having an emergency and nobody in our area was available...Tell us not for hours or next day at earliest...We called Drain Doctor Don and they were at our house within minutes! We don't really know anything about plumbing, so he helped us out and worked with us, showing what's wrong...Seemed very honest and friendly, as well!

We moved recently and as is often the case, a few plumbing surprises were in store! Don responded so swiftly, and fixed the garbage disposal so efficiently and quickly. And did a quick check on everything else when I told him we were new residents! Thanks for excellent work and excellent customer service!

I had a toilet issue where my toilet wasn’t flushing properly. I scheduled an appointment and got a quick response. Donald squeezed in a time for me and got the job done quick. Donald is a professional at his work, highly recommended.

I had a toilet leak and a bathroom faucet that had no water pressure. Contacted Don and he had all of the materials on hand to complete the job all in one visit. Highly recommended! Don is definitely my first call for plumbing needs.

I hired Don for two separate jobs & both times he was very clear with explaining what the issue was & how to fix them. Very thorough, smart & polite guy, bonus points for him cleaning up the area after he's done with the job. 10/10 highly recommend

Don was recommended by a friend of mine. He has helped me replace a sink faucet, a toilet, and installed an instant hot water heater. He has been fantastic with each. Always on time, checks in the day before for the appointment, gives quotes beforehand, knows what he is doing and is great at it, will order and bring any pieces you need beforehand, and is very friendly. Highly recommend!

Donald is a true professional. He seems to always be able to figure out what is wrong and produce a fix in a very short amount of time. I've hired him for toilet jobs where the toilet was clogged or the flush was becoming weak. He was able to diagnose and repair within an hour and charged a fee that was more than reasonable compared to many other places I got quotes from. Another time I hired him to look into why black stuff was coming out of my shower head. He was able to quickly diagnose that it may be just that my water tank needs to be flushed, and BAM! After flushing, the issue never came back. I highly recommend Donald for any of your plumbing needs. He'll know what to do.

Don and his crew came on multiple occasions to help with various plumbing issues (old pipes, lots of problems). They did a great job overall- professional, on time, efficient and were able to fix even the thorniest problems.... two thumbs up!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Don to replace a garbage disposal and snake shower drains, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of his work. Don was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the situation and got to work, explaining the process to me as he went along. The new garbage disposal was installed efficiently and seamlessly, and the plumbing issues that had been causing my drains to clog were quickly resolved. I highly recommend working with Don for plumbing services. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, and I will definitely be working with him again in the future.

I had a crazy toilet leak that made my water bill shoot up. Called Don and he came with the parts necessary to complete the job. Fixed my toilet leak, cleaned after himself, and charged a fair price. Can’t ask for much more than that. Thanks Don!

My garbage disposal has been making strange noises for a while now. It’s long overdue for a replacement. Don made the entire process super easy. He came with all the necessary materials and replaced my garbage disposal within the hour. Love the fact he offered 30 day warranty for the service as well. Very friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend Don!

Donald is a consummate professional. He is very responsive and I've been using his services for a few years now, whenever I have any plumbing issues (e.g. sewage backup). He responds quickly, and communicates clearly about his availability and pricing. In my experience, he has been on time and gets the job done effectively. Would recommend Donald, and will continue calling him for my plumbing needs!

Don came right on time and was very courteous. He wore a mask and brought house booties to wear to keep my floors clean. Don quickly diagnosed the problem. The main sewer line was heavily clogged. He used his 50 foot electric snake to clean out the pipes. He was very clean. I now have a toilet that doesn’t clog and a shower that doesn’t back up. Life is good again, thanks to Don!! I would highly recommend him. He is outstanding!

My 20 year old toilet finally broke down and it was time to get rid of it. I contacted Don and he was super helpful. He helped me pick out a toilet and went to pick it up for me. He finished my toilet installation in about an hour including hauling away the old one!! Oh and he also cleaned up after himself. Such a great experience and will definitely use Don for any future plumbing issues!

Don was the man. I called him when my toilets had trouble flushing. Turned out it was a clog in my main sewer line. Scheduled a time with him same day. He showed up on time and quickly got to work. It was a tough clog but he was in and out in about an hour. He cleaned up his mess and installed my toilet back. Very pleasant experience and will definitely reach out if I have future issues. Prices are very reasonable and he was very kind to provide a 30 day warranty as well! Go with Dr. Don!!

Had a gas pipe we needed capped, reached out to several plumbers and Doctor Don was the lowest price, quickest to reply, and quickest to be able to show up. Stopped out, got the project done quickly and safely. Refreshing to deal with an owner and not a call center/dispatcher. Highly recommended for all your plumbing needs.
