  • We had a pretty unfortunate plumbing situation around 7am. ASAP Plumbers were incredibly responsive, got in touch with us quickly and had someone at our house in a little over an hour. When my husband got off the phone with them he said “that’s some amazing customer service!” When Kong arrived, he was courteous and very professional and got straight to work. It wasn’t a straightforward fix but he got it sorted out and left everything clean and tidy. I’m so thankful for their help and have saved their info in my contacts. Highly recommend!

  • ASAP plumbing hydro jetted a plumbing line that frequently got clogged. In the past, my usual plumber would snake the line, but I think that wasn't enough to fully clean out the pipe. I'm glad I had to call ASAP plumbing for after hours service since they offer hydro jetting. They are more expensive than my usual plumber and you have to pay extra for after hours service, but they came at 7:30 pm (30 minutes after I called) and got the job done!

  • Our hot water heater died after reaching the end of its life, and ASAP Plumbing (Kong was our plumber) came the same day and installed a brand new hot water heater for us. They were easy to work with and worked quickly! The original estimate for the job was that it would take 3 hours for 1 person, but they ended up bringing on a second person to help, and the whole thing was done in 1.5 hours.   • Even though the estimate isn't free, Donald did a proper examination of the situation of my tub, unlike the guy from another company who just took a 2 second look before he gave me a quote.<br><br>I decided to hire Donald for the job and the bathtub was declogged without too much issue.<br><br>I called Donald again to see if he could help with my toilet as well, and just like the first time, Donald did an hands-on estimate to try and figure out what the issue is, and he actually helped me solve the problem without having to hire him again.<br><br>I wish the price could be a lot lower, but I guess that's just the going rate in SF.   • Responded in less than an hour. Donald was very courteous, professional, neat, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. we had a clog in a run of pipe of our basement floor drains. It needed to be snaked and Donald did it fairly quickly, and I was initially concerned whether sufficient access to enter pipe down in floor drain but Donald operated snake flawlessly and successfully. Even if I had the equipment, not sure I could've done it, at least not right away, and our drain needed unclogging! Thank you, Donald, and thank you ASAP!

I tried everything and just gave up and accepted that I just had to shower in a puddle of water the rest of my life. Called up Donald and he walked me through step by step how to unclog the damn tub.
