Sewer Line Repair & Replacement in Daly City, CA

I called ASAP Plumbing Pros for an emergency sewer lateral backup at our house and Don was nice, professional and easy to work with. He was able to get a hold of the senior plumber on call, Z, to be at our house within 20 minutes when the other plumbers in the city estimated a later time at night and others estimated the next day. Z was thorough and seemed to really care about solving our issue with the roots in our pipes. I would 💯 recommend them. Thank you both for making it easy for us.

ASAP Plumbing Pro was called for replacing sewer line during our ongoing driveway and sidewalks project. Donald, Kong and Renato started working as early as 6am, in order not to delay the concrete and pavement. They finished the job before 9am, right before concrete men show up. They are definitely deserved the name of “ASAP”, and highly recommended!

Drain Doctor Don has cleared our sewer line of tree roots twice now, and we will continue to use him in the future until we have the line replaced. Great value and very reliable.

Don came right on time and was very courteous. He wore a mask and brought house booties to wear to keep my floors clean. Don quickly diagnosed the problem. The main sewer line was heavily clogged. He used his 50 foot electric snake to clean out the pipes. He was very clean. I now have a toilet that doesn’t clog and a shower that doesn’t back up. Life is good again, thanks to Don!! I would highly recommend him. He is outstanding!

Don was the man. I called him when my toilets had trouble flushing. Turned out it was a clog in my main sewer line. Scheduled a time with him same day. He showed up on time and quickly got to work. It was a tough clog but he was in and out in about an hour. He cleaned up his mess and installed my toilet back. Very pleasant experience and will definitely reach out if I have future issues. Came home to no hot water. Asked neighbors who to call. ASAP was true to their name. Showed up almost immediately, diagnosed the failed hot water tank, and got a replacement installed very fast. Also fixed a flow issue we had. Good communication throughout the process, which I greatly appreciate.
