I had a water heater that broke recently. I used ASAP Plumbing and was very satisfied with my experience with them. Came home to no hot water. Asked neighbors who to call. ASAP was true to their name. Showed up almost immediately, diagnosed the failed hot water tank, and got a replacement installed very fast. Also fixed a flow issue we had. Good communication throughout the process, which I greatly appreciate.

Donald from ASAP Plumbing was super quick and responsive. Helped me out in both San Francisco and South San Francisco. On the first occasion, he was able to unclog the drain in no time! On the second occasion, he was able to push out the "thing" that was stuck in the pipes, saving me from having to potentially replace the toilet entirely!! Super professional and easy going. 100% recommend.

Our hot water heater died after reaching the end of its life, and ASAP Plumbing (Kong was our plumber) came the same day and installed a brand new hot water heater for us. They were easy to work with and worked quickly! The original estimate for the job was that it would take 3 hours for 1 person, but they ended up bringing on a second person to help, and the whole thing was done in 1.5 hours. Communication was prompt, service was great!

Quick and responsible service. Don checked and repaired our leaky sink and water faucet adapter the same day that I called for the service. The work was professionally performed with proper cleanup afterward. I also like the fact that he wore shoe covers inside the house without the need for me to ask him to do so. Great work!

Don was wrapping up a job in Redwood City and heading to San Francisco, so he offered to stop by my place (on the way) immediately and get things done. I like that. He did a great job and got it done and confirmed everything was working and cleaned up before he left. I honestly don’t know the going rate for such work, so I cannot comment on the “good value” button, but I was very satisfied. He was OK with being paid with cash. That’s slowly becoming a good business advantage.
