Sewer line repair and replacement done right

I called ASAP Plumbing Pros for an emergency sewer lateral backup at our house and Don was nice, professional and easy to work with. He was able to get a hold of the senior plumber on call, Z, to be at our house within 20 minutes when the other plumbers in the city estimated a later time at night and others estimated the next day. Z was thorough and seemed to really care about solving our issue with the roots in our pipes. I would 💯 recommend them. Thank you both for making it easy for us.

ASAP Plumbing Pro was called for replacing sewer line during our ongoing driveway and sidewalks project. Donald, Kong and Renato started working as early as 6am, in order not to delay the concrete and pavement. They finished the job before 9am, right before concrete men show up. They are definitely deserved the name of “ASAP”, and highly recommended!

I had a clogged toilet and shower in a lower floor bathroom. Searched on Nextdoor for suggestions. Saw excellent reviews for ASAP. Clicked on the site and received an immediate response. They were able to send someone within a couple of hours. Donald arrived to evaluate the situation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He presented me with options based on his thorough examination of sewer pipes. We agreed on the less expensive option and it worked. He did an excellent job clearing the sewer pipe, and cleaning up afterwards. I will call them again for all plumbing needs and don’t hesitate to recommend their services to others.

I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday afternoon and I contacted ASAP plumbing. They were able to send somebody out to my home within thirty minutes. Donald from ASAP clearly explained the problem, and gave me two options for the repair along with an estimate for both options. He was able to complete the job in less than two hours. He was courteous and prompt and did a nice job cleaning up when he was done.

Donald was communicative about scheduling after a big rain (when I’m sure he was swamped), and was great about getting in, diagnosing the source of the leak (backup in a section of pipe), providing an estimate l, and finally repair it. Would definitely use him again for plumbing work!
