I called ASAP Plumbing Pros for an emergency sewer lateral backup at our house and Don was nice, professional and easy to work with. He was able to get a hold of the senior plumber on call, Z, to be at our house within 20 minutes when the other plumbers in the city estimated a later time at night and others estimated the next day. Z was thorough and seemed to really care about solving our issue with the roots in our pipes. I would 💯 recommend them. Thank you both for making it easy for us.

We had a pretty unfortunate plumbing situation around 7am. ASAP Plumbers were incredibly responsive, got in touch with us quickly and had someone at our house in a little over an hour. When my husband got off the phone with them he said “that’s some amazing customer service!” When Kong arrived, he was courteous and very professional and got straight to work. It wasn’t a straightforward fix but he got it sorted out and left everything clean and tidy. I’m so thankful for their help and have saved their info in my contacts. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Asap Plumbing. They are always very easy to work with and have consistently sent us quality plumbers. We had a plumbing emergency Christmas evening and they had someone to our house within the hour and the problem was resolved that night. We will use them for all of our plumbing needs!

I've been looking for a plumber for probably 4 years now. They either don't show or Pad the quote or double the estimate, or ask such a ridiculous price that I end up buying the equipment. And doing the job myself. I was so pleasantly surprised by ASAP plumbing!... the representation, the quick call back, the professionalit, the price, the promptness and the immediate response, everything everything was amazing. I already called them back to do another job.

ASAP plumbing hydro jetted a plumbing line that frequently got clogged. In the past, my usual plumber would snake the line, but I think that wasn't enough to fully clean out the pipe. I'm glad I had to call ASAP plumbing for after hours service since they offer hydro jetting. They are more expensive than my usual plumber and you have to pay extra for after hours service, but they came at 7:30 pm (30 minutes after I called) and got the job done!

Our hot water heater died after reaching the end of its life, and ASAP Plumbing (Kong was our plumber) came the same day and installed a brand new hot water heater for us. They were easy to work with and worked quickly! The original estimate for the job was that it would take 3 hours for 1 person, but they ended up bringing on a second person to help, and the whole thing was done in 1.5 hours. Communication was prompt, service was great!
